Local Flavours in the Enchanted Forest
The Highland Perthshire Community Interest Company, organisers of The Enchanted Forest, are inviting local businesses to get involved in the delivery of outdoor catering at this year’s Enchanted Forest event which will take place from 22nd October – 7th November.

The event, which has grown from strength to strength in recent years, attracts 20,000 visitors over 17 nights and this year is looking to add some local flavour to the catering provisions available on site for visitors.

Derek Allan, chair of the steering group for the Enchanted Forest 2010 commented, “The Enchanted Forest offers a unique outdoor catering opportunity for ambitious Perthshire food businesses. It is a key area of the event that we wish to enhance in 2010 and deliver the true taste of Perthshire to our 20,000 visitors. As a community interest company, we are extremely keen to appoint an operator from our immediate area and would welcome expressions of interest from food producers and caterers across Perthshire.”
